Hi There. Pankti Dasani here. I just wanted to thank Dr Meenaben & Her. Just wanted to thank Dr meena ben & her wonderful staff for all the help & knowledge they shared to help me have baby. I\'ve delivered Boy on 10th morning. Normal delivery and baby weighed 2.5kg but both of us are healthy and fine.

I had attended Dr Meena Shah’s program with my wife 8 years back at IFFCO – Kandla where I was DGM technical & training We had learned very practical & useful information about eating habits, exercises & lifestyle management. We have been very conscious & using very little oil in cooking & eating balanced food & lots of fruits & vegetables. My cholesterol which was around 190 is now 150 – very good for my age. I am practicing full body stretching exercises 50% of days, though I will like to do for more days now. Dr Meena Shah & team is working in many IFFCO plants & we are happy to have her at Paradeep & will like to have more programs with her.

It's an excellent experience to be a pregnant but it becomes super excellent with Dr meena Shah's Pregnancy classes. this class makes me so comfortable & confident during pregnancy & for labor pain also. After having all the session I feel "I know everything" about coming day, Pregnancy & post Pregnancy. thanks to Dr Meena Shah, Minjal & Dr Pragna Shah for giving me immense Guideline & information. one thing they I relived my self from back ache after exercise.

Dr Vinubhai Patel & Mr Praksah Purohit imparted health education to the children in a very enjoyable way. They provided excellent guidance on Yoga, Exercise & Nutrition.
