Hello.  You know me as a health coach & media personality committed to promoting health & wellness.  For the last 20+ years I have trained thousands of people in hundreds of companies on wellness, stress management & work-life balance.   In my desire to reach out to maximum number of people, I have done over 2100 TV shows on healthcare, created over 60 videos and participated in numerous talk shows on the Radio.

As my vision grown, I realized that to impact maximum people especially on chronic lifestyle diseases, we need another formal outlet.  Hence the establishment of my NGO – NAMASTE LIFE; dedicated to awareness and prevention of chronic lifestyle diseases.  Since its inception in 2010 we have done over 60 programs & activities especially designed for all strata and age groups

• Women (with lifecycle approach )
• Families
• Teachers
• Doctors & paramedical (working actively with Ahmedabad Medical Association)
• Other NGOs
• Retired people & Old age homes

Our most ambitious project under NAMASTE LIFE is Healthy Child – Happy Society; working with AMC School children from Primary section (5th , 6th, 7th class).  We have been asked by the Chairman of the school board to work with more than 100 schools to train the children and teachers. The program is aims to provide the children with knowledge and skills t become healthy and productive adults.   Habits formed during childhood follow use into adulthood.  Hence training the children to have better health habits will resonate in their adulthood.  We will also be training the teachers on effective health communication with children and creating posters for the schools for maximum impact.  The key messages of this project will not only impact the children and their futures but also impact their families.

In order to bring this project to fruition, we need your support.  We all want to do good work and give back to the society but are often pressed for time.  This is an opportunity to work for a cause and organization where the commitment is strong, employees are passionate, expertise first-rate and ethics spotless.  The message you will help promote will lay the foundation of the children’s health and will impact their lives for years.

Our expense for conducting this program is  Rs 10,000 / school. Please sponsor for at least 10 - 20 schools – if you can.  This will take us forward & help children to develop better health habits & learn to lead better quality life with help & coordination of Namaste LIFE. We would love to work together and as a token of our appreciation, keep you informed of the progress and highlight your generosity.
